This is how I make my money stretch even further!

December 10th, 2010

Saving money is rewarding but how could it ever be called ‘fun’? I’ll let you know how!

If you are hoping to cut back the cost of Christmas this year, why not consider buying compatible ink cartridges for your printer. By taking the compatible ink route the considerable money you save can be offset towards your shopping trip to … wait for it … Poundland!

Last Christmas I discovered the money saving high street emporium of Poundland! During last year’s credit crunch, it was all the rage to buy all your Christmas presents at the pound shop! I found sweets, Christmas decorations, kiddies toys and CDs all for a bargain £1 a time.

This year, I plan to return to Poundland because it rekindled (I felt) a sort of wartime camaraderie because all of us were in it together just getting by and stretching those pennies. The aisles were packed, the queues were long but the atmosphere was bubbling with high spirits and Christmas merriment. It was brilliant. Many of the goodies that you need for this Christmas can be found along those aisles. But I didn’t see any ink!

Yes, we can save money in a number of ways – but if you fancy standing side by side with other Dunkirk spirited Christmas shoppers, pop into your local Poundland! But remember to make those savings first by buying those astonishingly cheap ink cartridges. Try for size compatible ink cartridges this Christmas.
